Ollie Smith is owner of Blue Ridge Anglers based in Boone, NC. His vast experience in guiding began in 1983 in Buffalo, Wyoming.

 

In 1995 he became co-owner and head guide of an Orvis endorsed fly shop in Boone.

 

Ollie’s passion and zest for his career is noticed by all his clients and has resulted in numerous professional accolades including being named as one of North Carolina’s top five legendary fishing guides by North Carolina Wildlife magazine.

 

He guides for both mountain trout and smallmouth bass.
