Capt. Ricky Kellum received his captain’s license in 2004 but has been fishing the coast of North Carolina for the past 30 years.

 

Known as the “Speckled Specialist” Capt. Kellum has built a reputation as one of the top spotted sea trout guides in North Carolina. He also targets red drum and a variety of other coastal species.

 

Captain Kellum is based in Jacksonville, NC and he guides coastal waters from Morehead City south to the Little River in South Carolina.
